As weekend evening news anchor at WMTV-TV in Madison, Wisconsin, the show became the most-watched weekend newscast in the DMA. In his five months on the show, Chris prompted a 30 percent ratings increase from the previous year. Following a move to the weekend morning desk where he currently works, he once again is besting the competition, posting a ratings gain of 110 percent year-to-date.

Prior to this, Chris anchored and produced KCWY-TV’s “Today in Wyoming”. During his nearly two years at the Casper affiliate, the ratings doubled, capturing as much as 42 percent of the morning audience. When he left for Wisconsin, the program was far outdistancing the nearest competition.
